There is never a day that is more important than today.
I'm here to help you.
I'm Tyson Phillips, a Texas licensed attorney. I run a solo law firm that is focused around helping people. It's difficult to navigate through the legal field when you are not in it by choice. Many people are unaware of how the justice system can get them the freedom or money they deserve. I help achieve justice for those treated unfairly.
A PEOPLE'S LAWYER
What you see is me, a solo attorney. When you send an e-mail, I'll be the one responding to you. When you make a call, I'll be the one on the other end. When you have a court appointment or hearing scheduled, I will be with you, helping you each step of the way. I will keep you informed throughout the entire process of your case. You will understand what can happen. You will understand what you can expect. And with that knowledge, you will be prepared.
Your Initial Consultation
When you contact me, my goal is to determine three things with you. The first is what happened. The second is what you want. The third is to determine what I can do for you to get what you want.
I accomplish this with a very easy three-step process:
- First, we discuss the basic facts of what sort of situation you are in, and what you may be needing legal help with. This conversation is purposefully short, lasting up to 15 minutes.
- Second, we will set up an appointment for a free consultation, where we will discuss more in-depth about your specific situation.
- Third, I'll explain to you what your legal options are, any time limits you might have to file any claims, and what I can do for you.
From there, it is then up to you if you would like to hire me to represent you in the matter.
What You Can Expect From Me
When you hire me, you have my allegiance. I'm on your side. I'm in your corner, protecting your rights to justice. I employ all appropriate means to protect and advance your legitimate rights, claims, and objectives. I will advise you on how specific decisions may impact your case. I make it my duty to stay current on the latest laws that have an affect over your case. I'm here to help you.
